A: No, Rulon Jeffs is. Warren Jeffs was renewed as Samuel Bateman just as Rulon Jeffs was renewed as Warren Jeffs, yet Warren Jeffs still was in his body simultaneously. The One Mighty and Strong, Joseph Smith, is now fulfilling the prophecy as Samuel Bateman unlike his two predecessors God used 2 prepare 4 the One Mighty and Strong.
